1. WHO CONTROLS THE TPS SITE

Sistemas de Computación Accesibles del Noroeste, S.C. controls the first-party TPS website. Dodo controls technologies on its separately hosted checkout under its own notice.

2. NECESSARY TECHNOLOGIES

__Host-TpsRep.Operator authenticates the operator during the configured login session (normally eight hours). __Host-TpsRep.Antiforgery protects forms against forged requests. These secure, HTTP-only cookies are used for authentication and security, not advertising.

3. NO ANALYTICS COOKIES

The site does not load Google Analytics or set tracking cookies. A first-party cleanup script expires accessible legacy _ga, _ga_<measurement-id> and tps_cookie_preferences cookies. It does not create identifiers or send analytics events. There is no analytics consent dialog. The manual chooses language from the URL or browser preference without saving a persistent language preference in browser storage.

4. SERVER-SIDE REPORTING

The Privacy Notice describes seven-day detailed operator reporting, approximate matching of existing checkout/order/download records and permanent daily aggregate summaries. These reports do not require an analytics cookie. Necessary security and business records retain their separate retention rules.
