1. WHO CONTROLS THE TPS SITE

Sistemas de Computación Accesibles del Noroeste, S.C. controls the first-party TPS website technologies described here. Dodo controls technologies on its separately hosted checkout under Dodo's own notice.

2. NECESSARY TECHNOLOGIES

tps_cookie_preferences Purpose: Remembers whether analytics was accepted or rejected and the preference-version number. It is used only for this choice. Normal duration: 180 days or until changed

Checkout session and anti-forgery values Purpose: Protect the checkout-review form and preserve the selected tier, locale, and security context. Normal duration: Session or short inactivity period

These technologies are not used for advertising or cross-site profiling.

3. OPTIONAL GOOGLE ANALYTICS 4

After consent, the designated public marketing/informational pages may load Google's gtag.js and set first-party GA4 cookies. The configuration uses site measurement only: Google Signals, advertising personalization, remarketing, Ads linking, User-ID, user-provided data, and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled.

_ga Purpose: Stores a random/pseudonymous client identifier used to distinguish visits. Configured duration: Up to 180 days from initial consent

_ga_<measurement-id> Purpose: Maintains session/measurement state for the TPS GA4 data stream. Configured duration: Up to 180 days from initial consent

4. DATA AND EVENTS ALLOWED

After consent we measure public page visits, language changes, selected public links, evaluation download clicks, checkout handoffs and demo playback starts. The events are page_view, language_selected, public_link_clicked, evaluation_download_clicked, checkout_review_started and video_start. Parameters are limited to sanitized public origin/path, public page title, referring origin, language, a fixed public destination category (download information, pricing, manual or sample report), license tier (company, solo or consultancy) and fixed video identifier (demo-en or demo-es). GA4 also receives browser/device context and approximate geographic area and may generate first_visit, session_start and user_engagement after consent. Automatic Enhanced Measurement stays disabled.

Video starts are counted once per page visit when playback begins. No viewing progress, completion, chapter selection or video URL is sent. Download clicks are not completed downloads; checkout handoffs are not completed purchases.

We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, order/payment/license identifiers, personalization values, TPS filenames or contents, support text, free-form values, URL query strings or fragments, campaign parameters, or arbitrary link destinations. GA4 uses pseudonymous cookies; this is not anonymous collection. Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses, although the connection IP is processed.

5. PAGES COVERED AND EXCLUDED

Covered pages are the English and Spanish homepages, pricing, Error 47 guides, technical articles, public download information, online manual and published samples. The public download information page is distinct from a file-download endpoint.

Analytics is excluded from Terms, Privacy and EULA displays, immutable legal snapshots, checkout review, hosted checkout, payment returns, orders, accounts, license management, file-download endpoints, private delivery, support, complaints and privacy requests. Cookie settings runs only the first-party preference controller and does not load Google. Offline manuals and product-generated reports contain no analytics.

6. YOUR CHOICE

The choice applies across the covered public pages. Earlier acceptances for the narrower scope are requested again; existing rejections remain effective. Ignoring the banner leaves analytics off. You can accept, reject, or withdraw analytics at any time. Withdrawal stops future TPS analytics and removes accessible GA cookies. Browser controls can also delete cookies. The consent preference itself remains only to remember the choice.
